I've loved highlights since I was a child, so it was cool to come across this book. The puzzles are easy and fun, and a nice break from staring at my phone for a while. Would definitely recommend.

I love these Highlights puzzle books! As an adult, I find them more relaxing than challenging. This one has some fun puzzles, however, there are some flaws. Some of the hidden object images are cut off, and the cut off part sometimes has an object in it. Only by looking at the answer key is the full image revealed. For those who buy this, watch out for page 184 (an item at the top is cut off) and page 149 (the bottom image has an object cut off at the right). No need to get frustrated with it! The other flaw is that there are repeats -- if you've bought other Highlights puzzle books, there's a good chance you'll see some repeats. I found at least 5 puzzles that I'd come across before. With 150+ puzzles, it's not a deal breaker, but it's still kind of annoying. Overall I'd recommend it. There's plenty of hidden objects, crosswords, word searches, memory puzzles and logic puzzles to keep anyone busy for hours.
Edit: Page 56 also has two errors -- patterns 3 & 4 are incorrect. The answer key shows a different solution than the pattern to search for.
Another Edit: Dropping this review from 4 to 3 stars because I have come across another error on page 12. There is supposed to be a slice of bread hidden in the picture. I scoured the page, then checked the answer key which showed there is no slice of bread. This book is a drop in quality from previous ones I've gotten. I get having an error or two, but multiple pages means there are some quality control issues going on. Flipping through the book, I estimate I've completed fewer than half the pages, and there are a few I haven't finished. If I come across any more errors, I'm going to drop down to 2 stars. I feel disappointed. A very shaky recommendation.
(Hopefully) final edit: I reached out to Highlights and they have apologized, told me that they are reprinting this book, and they offered to send me a reprint free of charge. Top notch customer service! So if you buy this book and have the same problems, hopefully you can email Highlights and they will give you a replacement as well.
